A lonely book at a used book store, on sale. An Open Weave just waiting for an audience. An eager reader bringing it home. I was captivated by Devorah Major’s character, as the woman quietly wove throughout the story. A quick cardboard loom followed and the love was set in motion. Now 10 years (and many looms) later, this website is here to share this passion with you.

I began weaving in 2012 and what began as a side hobby quickly turned into a passion. The care that goes into each weaving fills my soul and it is truly a joy to send that much love to another person.

After the first cardboard loom, I built a simple frame loom – as simple as it comes, 4 pieces of wood nailed together. From there I started tapestry weaving. While I still enjoy tapestry, after I got the cricket loom I knew I had found my love. I jumped from the cricket loom to a floor loom and have been thrilled with it. This is the niche that I enjoy the most and plan to continue growing this direction (hopefully more looms joining the collection soon).
